Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise public and private clients on environmental and water law matters.
• Prepare discovery and pleadings for litigation at state administrative agencies.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis within specific timelines.
• Draft client memorandums and law and motion documents for adversarial proceedings.
• Manage written discovery with limited supervision.
• Interface with clients to convey professionalism and competence in legal matters.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for legal matters.
