Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in environmental and construction-related due diligence projects.

• Experience with Phase I and II ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, and Draw Inspections is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related reports.
• Assist in completing Property Condition Assessments and other constructions-related inspections.
• Conduct site visits in western New York for various projects.
• Report findings to due diligence team leaders.
• Independently manage due diligence assignments.
