Qualifications

Responsibilities
Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related reports.
Assist in completing Property Condition Assessments and other constructions-related inspections.
Conduct site visits in western New York for various projects.
Report findings to due diligence team leaders.
Independently manage due diligence assignments.
