Solvenow, Inc. seeks a Staff Environmental Air Engineer to support a broad range of air quality and permitting projects across multiple sectors. You will prepare Title V permits and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations while applying expertise to complex industrial processes, including refining.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• A Masters degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have a valid drivers license and meet driving standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare air permit applications for large-scale projects, including Title V permits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal air quality regulations.
• Apply technical expertise across various complex industrial processes; refining industry experience is a plus.
• Monitor and interpret changes in air permitting regulations, emission calculation methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders; international project work is welcome.
• Contribute to business development by leveraging client relationships.
• Support marketing efforts and participate in occasional travel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
