Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a reliable EVS/Facilities Attendant to maintain cleanliness across the casino, front of house bar areas and public spaces, excluding kitchens. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety standards.

Initial salary placement aligns with experience within our total rewards package; benefits may include day-one coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonuses, with time off per local policy.

Qualifications

• Have a High school diploma or GED; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains general cleaning of the entire casino, front of house bar areas and public space of the facility, excluding kitchens.
• Cleans all offices and public restrooms.
• Transports all trash.
• Cleans up after all special events.
• Maintains front entry way and Porte Cochere.
• Reports any problems to EVS Shift Supervisor.
• Adheres to all company, department policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow teammates.
• Performs any and all duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.

The cast member is occasionally required to climb or balance and smell. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duty of this job, the cast member is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually noisy.
