Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Environment, Energy & Resources practice in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on power strategies, regulatory frameworks, and the intersection of digital infrastructure with energy transition.

The candidate will negotiate complex energy contracts, advise on market design within RTOs/ISOs, and represent clients before the FERC. JD from an accredited law school and bar admission or waiver eligibility are required for this position.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in energy law, with regulatory and transactional experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Federal Power Act and power market mechanics.
  • Ability to draft bespoke energy contracts.
  • Admitted to practice or eligible to waive into the jurisdiction of the office location.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
