Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred (1–3 years).
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math with accuracy.
• Attention to precision and detail; good communication and willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, pack, and stack envelopes per specs and standard work.
• Perform quality checks and complete sign-offs on samples.
• Maintain production records and logs accurately and timely.
