Hill Crest Behavioral Health in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Environmental Services / House Keeper to perform cleaning and laundry tasks in a medical facility. You will follow established routines under the Environmental Service Manager and Plant Operations Director, with emphasis on patient care environment and safety.
Must have availability for an 8-day orientation 8a-4p, prior EVS experience in a medical setting, and pass background check and drug screen.

Responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and laundry tasks in accordance with established work routines and under the directions of the Environmental Service Manager. Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the routine upkeep, maintenance and repair to the physical plant, building, grounds and equipment. These tasks are performed under the general direction of the Plant Operations Director. Responsible for working to achieve excellence in total facility appearance. Responsible for working within safety structures while performing all tasks.
