Job summary

NYL - Patrick Piscitelli in Massachusetts seeks an energetic sales leader to develop and expand our financial advisory practice. You will recruit, coach, and manage a team of agents, drive revenue growth, and guide associates through a six‑month training program and the Associate Partner path.

You will build relationships, identify prospects, and present a broad range of financial products while maintaining integrity and client focus to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management, or leadership in a sales department.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience in financial services and/or insurance industry is required.
  • Sales experience is required.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Create customized financial plans using our products and services based on each client’s potential life and financial needs.
  • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars suitable for client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects, fostering long‑term relationships.
  • Collect personal financial information from each client, including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM.
  • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.
  • Hire, develop, and expand our field of advisors across the state.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team by setting a sales plan for each associate, identifying individual sales targets, and overseeing training programs.
  • Coach and counsel sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead‑generation programs to sustain growth.
  • Build and execute business plans to expand sales volume and set new sales goals.
  • Assist agents in presenting client solutions using a comprehensive array of financial products and services.
  • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once program requirements are achieved.
  • Develop a personalized, long‑term strategy and gain hands‑on experience while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • Select, hire, and grow your financial professional team as an associate partner.
  • Facilitate success as a manager by participating in a six‑month Associate Partner Training Program.
Qualifications
  • Ability to network and prospect for new clients.
  • Effective relationship management skills.
  • Uncompromising integrity and skill in communicating complex ideas.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management, or leadership in a sales department.
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Compensation
