Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Body Shop Technicians with vehicle repairs and refinishing.
• Perform basic disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.
• Assist with preparing vehicles for repair, including sanding, buffing, masking, and cleaning.
• Learn and follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and properly.
• Inspect vehicles and parts for damage or defects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

• Assist experienced Body Shop Technicians with vehicle repairs and refinishing

• Learn and follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Assist with moving and positioning vehicles throughout the Body Shop
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle report standards
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Previous automotive, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be mechanically inclined and interested in learning automotive repair
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day
