Enterprise Mobility in Wichita, KS is seeking an Accountant to execute standard accounting procedures and advance toward a Controller/VP of Finance role. You will prepare financial statements, support month-end close, and collaborate across departments to drive profitability.

Starting salary targets around $55,000 in the first year with a 42-hour work week, strong benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned, global mobility solutions company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Willingness to attain CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to relocate for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform branch audit evaluations.
• Assemble bank reconciliation and account schedules.
• Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations.
• Participate in month-end close.
• Assist personnel with accounting policies and procedures.
• Analyze income statement fluctuations.
• Provide process improvement and cost-saving ideas.
• Manage financial records and assist in reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00 PM (with 1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accountant, you are executing accounting procedures and principles that will lead to financial statement, preparation, and financial analysis.

• Prepare financial statements

• Assist personnel with questions regarding accounting policies and procedures
• Analyze income statements fluctuations

• Collaborate with other departments
• May be responsible for T& E reports, coding, account classification and reimbursement amounts
• May be responsible for preparation and sales and other tax returns

• Willingness to attain CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial degree preferred
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Flexibility for career advancement could include relocation outside local area/state
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
