• No prior kitchen experience required; entry-level culinary training available on-site.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to guidelines and procedures.
• Measure and mix ingredients as required by recipes or records.
• Stock and maintain line station levels for smooth service.
• Coordinate production with cooks, wait staff and food & beverage team.
• Familiarize with all kitchen equipment and operate safely.
• Taste, smell, and use thermometer to ensure proper cooking.
• Plate and portion food per specs and maintain presentation.
• Label, date and rotate stored food.
• Close procedures including equipment maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.
