Job summary

Shine of Fort Lauderdale is hiring an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician. You’ll work with a team, drive to homes or businesses, and perform services tailored to each customer’s needs. Training is provided and you’ll receive uniforms, equipment, and a supportive team culture.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $23 per hour, with potential commissions and bonuses. Paid time off, holidays, and ongoing training are included to help you grow in a nationwide franchise.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team each day to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services for each client.
• Meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
