Job summary
Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Wheel Technician with no experience required to service customer vehicles. Earn while you learn through paid training, then progress with commission-based compensation and opportunities for advancement.
Starting hourly pay is $21 with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a long-term earning potential disclosed as $60,000-$110,000+. Responsibilities include removing wheels, repairing curb and road damage, grinding and sanding, painting, and delivering strong customer
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- No experience required; paid training provided.
- Auto painting experience or collision repair training preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to service vehicles.
- Remove tires and wheels from vehicles.
- Use grinding and sanding tools to repair cosmetic damages.
- Paint and refinish wheels to a like-new condition.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote our services.
