Fiorella's in Iowa seeks an entry-level welding operator to join a production team. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will cover welding, grinding, material handling, and packaging to build core skills.

The role focuses on Fabricating and welding to drawings and specs, inspecting welded assemblies for tolerance, and completing production documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Entry-level welding operator; no prior experience required.
• On-the-job training provided covering welding, grinding, material handling and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld products to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect welded assemblies for tolerance.
• Complete production voucher information and quality documentation.
• Maintain high-quality results and safe work practices.
• Will be trained in welding, grinding, material handling, and packaging.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals that desire to develop welding skills within a production environment. Success in the role requires a strong focus on maintaining productivity, quality, and safety. This position works within a team, working together to manufacture customer assemblies.

No experience is required. On the job training provided!

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Fabricating and welding products to the drawings and production voucher specifications using the correct materials and to the appropriate welding procedures.
• Inspect welded assemblies produced to ensure tolerance
• Complete the appropriate quality documentation and production voucher information
• Maintaining high quality results
• Will be trained in; Welding, Grinding, Material Handling, and Packaging

Qualifications

• Candidate must always maintain a clean / orderly work area
• Forklift and Crane operation will be required, prior experience is a plus, but not required
• Entry-Level High-Volume Welding Operator
• Candidate must adhere to all safety policies and procedures in place at the facility
• Candidate must complete all training sessions as required
