Job summary

Equitable Advisors is expanding its team in the United States to help clients achieve financial wellness. The role focuses on client engagement, portfolio management, and delivering personalized financial strategies in alignment with risk tolerance and goals.

We provide FINRA sponsorship for required licenses, a comprehensive 120-day training program, and ongoing development via Virtual University and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66P (FINRA licensing) required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record of success.
  • Values-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to impact clients positively.
  • Willingness to work in the United States and obtain necessary work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
  • Develop financial strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance; provide clear recommendations.
  • Consult on financial products and services tailored to clients’ situations.
  • In-office presence required and supportive of a structured training path.

  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120-day hands-on training

  • Professional Growth: encouragement to pursue professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Equitable Advisors’ own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program C
  • Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek with $40,900 annually.
  • Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
  • Benefits Eligibility: Eligible financial professionals can participate in our comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.
