Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking a driven professional to develop personalized financial strategies and manage client portfolios from an in-office base. You will build relationships, assess risk, and guide clients through product options to meet their goals.

Ideal candidates will hold relevant licenses, demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborate with top performers while benefiting from structured training and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
  • Values-driven with a track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies.
  • Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' situations.
  • In-office presence required to engage with clients and teams.
  • Maintain clear progress tracking and regular communication with clients.

  • Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
