Job summary

Inframark is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for our O&M Fayetteville Noland WWTP in Fayetteville, AR. You will support the preventative and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and related equipment under guidance, while learning safety practices and documenting work performed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0–1 year of relevant experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Maintenance Technician in executing maintenance tasks.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and assigned workspaces.
• Prepare maintenance rigs and tools for daily operations.
• Repair or replace pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and other mechanical components.
• Maintain records and documentation of work orders and completed tasks.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance tests and inspections.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and health procedures.
• Available for all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and emergency on-call rotations.
• Other duties as required.
