Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Construction-related field preferred
• 1+ year of relevant work experience and/or training
• Preferred experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities, heavy civil construction, or self-performed work

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and technical documents to develop estimates and coverage for assigned projects
• Identify and quantify all cost types: time, labor, material, equipment, subcontracts
• Prepare initial project schedules and cash flow for bids
• Assist in maintaining a historical cost database for future reference
• Attend pre-bid meetings as needed and assist with bid deliveries and openings
• Communicate with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and design teams to coordinate expectations
