Responsibilities

• Prepares plan details, quantities, and cost estimates for project segments.
• Assists in preparation of technical specifications.
• Evaluates bids and drawings for compliance with specs.
• Reviews design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepares technical reports or sections of larger reports.
• Performs field tests, collects field data, and supports proposal teams.
