The Entry Level Water Resources Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, analyzing, and managing water-related infrastructure and environmental systems. This role supports the development of sustainable solutions for stormwater management, water supply, wastewater systems, flood mitigation, watershed management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that protect public health, infrastructure, and natural resources.

Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on water resources
Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis & technical problem solving skills.
Top notch organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within six months

The base salary range for this position is $60,900.00 to $83,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
