Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Wastewater Engineer (0–3 years) to join our civil engineering team in Bucks County, PA.

You will assist in planning, design, and analysis of wastewater systems and infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience across public and private projects. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with 0–3 years of experience and an EIT preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience (internships included).
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, or wastewater modeling software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and analysis of wastewater treatment systems and infrastructure
• Support preparation of engineering reports, permit applications, and technical specifications
• Conduct field inspections and data collection
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies
