Standard Supply & Distributing Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Texas team. You will prepare and load orders for delivery, use RF scan technology, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will be part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and efficiency, with opportunities to grow in a family-owned HVAC supply company operating since 1946 across Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level with full training provided.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and maintain reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery with accuracy and speed.
• Operate powered equipment (training provided).
• Use RF scan gun technology to complete daily tasks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Support team goals while juggling multiple tasks, paying attention to details.
