Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate I in Long Beach, CA to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center. You will verify orders, stock inventory, and maintain safe, clean work areas.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, basic math, and experience with RF scanners; knowledge of ERP/WMS is a plus. The position offers $20/hour base pay and opportunity to grow with a global health and beauty

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution center/3PL.
• Experience with RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Basic math skills for quantities and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders and verify part numbers, quantities, and condition against packing slips.
• Pick inventory and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stock materials in designated locations and maintain storage protocols.
• Receive inbound deliveries, confirm quantities, and move to staging/storage areas.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly workplace throughout the shift.
• Report discrepancies to Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
