Job summary

Jorgensen Laboratories LLC is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Loveland, Colorado. No extensive experience required; hands-on training and cross-training opportunities are provided to build a long-term career.

You will learn and perform multiple functions, from bulk pulls to loading/unloading, with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will work 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with benefits including PTO from day one, health coverage after 60 days, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Strong English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand written SOPs and follow verbal instructions.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Reliable early riser ready to start the day.
• Understands meeting deadlines and getting the job done right.
• Willing to share ideas and participate in continuous improvement.
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting/moving materials.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse bulk pulls and assist with accurate inventory.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Complete a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks.
• Support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities.
• Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Assist with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
