Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant I to support franchise and corporate warehouse order fulfillment. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet daily orders and ship them the same day.

The role involves learning all warehouse departments, performing cycle counts, and assisting with inventory management and safety. A high school diploma or GED is required, with one year in a warehouse preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in a clear, professional manner.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED required, with one year of related warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all franchise and in-house parcel and freight orders accurately and timely (pick, pack, wrap, label, load, and ship).
• Perform daily cycle counts; restock, rotate, and safeguard inventory.
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the franchise/customer experience.
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide divisional support as needed; coordinate with managers to meet goals.
• Deploy as needed to support events and mobile stores.
