Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Worker/Driver for our Anaheim, CA location. The role includes order pulling, loading, packaging, shipping, receiving, and material handling, with forklift operation and occasional delivery duties.

The position emphasizes safety, with requirements for DOT and forklift certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy items and work outdoors. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• No previous experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Physically able to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• DOT certification and a valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification required.
• Good communication skills.
• Some overtime may be required.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Background screening; drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards and requirements.
• Assist in warehouse functions: order pulling, truck loading, packaging, shipping, receiving and material handling.
• Operate forklift in a safe and responsible manner.
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Determine storage locations ensuring safety and product protection.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, dry and debris-free.
• Driving - delivery.
• Troubleshoot and/or fix small equipment and maintenance.
