Job summary

Wesco is seeking entry‑level Warehouse Associates in Boise to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and light maintenance. You’ll learn distribution and supply chain techniques valued by Fortune 250 companies as you perform essential warehouse tasks.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 am–4:00 pm) in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred or equivalent.
• No experience required / entry level.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship warehouse items.
• Log sheets and inbound shipments processing.
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate material.
• Prepare and assemble packing lists.
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks.
