Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time WAITER/WAITRESS positions serving at Westminster Village North in Indianapolis, IN. Location is 11050 Presbyterian Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46236. Training is provided with no experience required; hours vary and schedules include both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff for accurate orders.
• Maintain professional, patient, and flexible communication.
• Handle tickets and cash using proper procedures.
• Keep dining room clean and maintain sanitation.
• Address complaints and relay feedback to supervisor.
• Ensure dining area is set up before and after service.
• Operate dining room equipment (coffee machines, tea dispensers, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
