Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Animal handling and dosing experience.
• Willingness to understand the R&D process and work weekends on rotation.
• Independence in recognizing challenges and proposing solutions.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital records of protocols, study data, inventories, and reports.
• Collaborate with investigators, veterinarians, and staff on in vivo projects.
• Carry out research and medical treatments for animals under veterinarian guidance.
• Administer anesthetic agents under veterinarian guidance.
• Maintain records of treatments, procedures, and inventories.
• Recognize study hurdles and propose solutions.
• Manage study timelines and data integrity in corporate systems.
• Communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to Animal Welfare Act, The Guide, 3R principles, FDA regulations.
