Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Newark, OH is seeking a Vehicle Service Specialist to deliver top-notch customer service while performing preventative maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required, as an award-winning training program starts immediately.

You will learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery testing, and the 18-point safety check, with opportunities for professional growth within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one, you'll receive hands-on training to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• We seek team members with schedule flexibility and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials, safety procedures, and labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect/replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers as required.
• Conduct an 18-point safety check on every visit.
• Support other maintenance services as directed.
