Henley Companies, the largest Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchisee, is hiring at multiple Baltimore area locations to perform oil changes and basic maintenance with no prior experience required. We provide paid on-the-job training, PPE, uniforms, and opportunities for internal promotion in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
