Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring Vehicle Service Specialists at our Avon, IN location. You’ll join a friendly, team-based environment and help keep guests safe on the road by delivering quick, high-quality service.

No automotive experience required—our award-winning training teaches you how to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and perform an 18-point safety check. Eligible for benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility, weekend availability likely.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a customer-focused team.
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials, safety procedures and instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service while performing preventive maintenance.
• Change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, and test batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers; perform an 18-point safety check.
• Assist in other routine maintenance tasks as trained.
