Job summary

CAI is seeking a CQV-focused professional to develop documentation for pharmaceutical facilities, write and execute field verification protocols, and prepare client-site summary reports. This role supports CQV activities across facilities, utilities, and equipment, requiring teamwork and clear technical communication.

Ideal candidates have a science or engineering background with 0–2 years of experience; ISPE Baseline Guide 5 familiarity is a plus and relevant experience in facilities,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years work experience in any industry.
  • Familiarity with ISPE Baseline Guide 5 (Second Edition) is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in facilities and equipment startup, walk-downs, utilities, upstream/downstream processing, purification and recovery, building automation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop documentation for CQV activities.
  • Write and execute protocols (field verification).
  • Develop summary reports at client sites.

Qualifications and Experience

$60,000 - $70,000 a year

Average base salary range - not including benefits, and potential overtime and/or Cost of Living Adjustment.
