Job summary

Citi seeks an entry-level Universal Banker in Manhattan Beach, CA, to support the customer service team and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. The role includes basic account openings, handling service issues, and processing transactions in line with bank policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly.
