Wintrust Wealth Management in Indiana is seeking a detail-oriented Trust Support Associate to assist Trust Officers with daily tasks including account openings, closings, and asset transfers. The role involves preparing documentation, processing cash movements, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 to 3 years in a supporting role.
Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
Basic math formulas knowledge.
Strong word processing and spreadsheets.
Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains confidentiality.
Assist Trust Officer with daily tasks including forms, account openings, closings, and transfers.
Respond to routine customer and internal inquiries and follow up promptly.
Maintain electronic and paper account documentation and accurate coding.
Execute instructions for cash movements and new accounts; monitor overdrafts.
Create PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
Take on special projects and back-up for another TA when needed.
