Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support financial rigor for the practice. You will analyze financial data, build and maintain Excel-based tools, and drive business initiatives to closure.

In this role you will map associates to Cognizant job functions, develop advanced Excel models and VBA macros, support income statement analysis and financial planning, and apply AI tools to speed decision-making. Start October 2026 in Englewood, CO.

Position Overview

When you join Cognizant's TriZetto Product House team as a Financial Operations Analyst, you will support the financial and operational rigor of the practice. Associates in this role are the spreadsheet experts of the team — analyzing financial data, building and maintaining Excel-based tools, and helping drive business initiatives to closure.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a support function for the business — finance and business-related deliverables (e.g., mapping every associate to their Cognizant job function)

• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analysis

• Support income statement analysis and financial planning

• Use AI tools to accelerate business analysis and speed up decision-making

• Own tasks end-to-end and drive them to closure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in finance or general business

• Strong, hands-on Excel skills — comfort level equivalent to using Excel as part of a graduation project

• VBA macro coding experience in Excel

• Good understanding of income statements and financial analysis/planning

• Strong communication skills

• Problem-solving aptitude with a solution-oriented, self-starter mindset

• Experience using AI tools to support and accelerate business solutions

Location

New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Englewood, CO where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date

New hires will start in October 2026 . Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
