Job summary

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate daily gate operations and frontline gate staff during events.
  • Monitor gate activity, transaction data, and system outputs to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and event-based operational, staffing, and control reports.
  • Serve as a support liaison for automated parking systems and software platforms.
