Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate daily gate operations and frontline gate staff during events.
Monitor gate activity, transaction data, and system outputs to ensure accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and event-based operational, staffing, and control reports.
Serve as a support liaison for automated parking systems and software platforms.
