Epic is looking for a Trainer who will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare professionals. This role involves designing instructional materials and assisting organizations in achieving tailored training solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, teaching experience is preferred, and the ability to travel for 25-60% of working days.

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting in life‑saving work.
You will be involved in the training process from start to finish, from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios you deliver. Outside of the classroom, you’ll work in tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content and help organizations develop their training initiatives.
