Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, PTV Vistro, and/or HCS software preferred
• Familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD, and NACTO standards
• Design and prepare construction drawings for traffic projects, including signal or bikeway design
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; attention to detail; working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain EIT within 6 months

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 0-2 years' experience
• Pre-employment drug screening required; background and motor vehicle checks may be conducted

Performance Expectations

• Complete Annual Individual Training Program
• Train backup personnel for your role
• Comply with all company policies and ISO requirements
• Complete duties as assigned, within budget and scope
• Attend meetings and coordinate with project teams
• Conduct site visits, gather data, and prepare design calculations and drawings
• Review shop drawings and interpret technical documents
