Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level IPC Settlements Analyst to help manage trade settlements and lifecycle events. You will work closely with clients, counterparties, custodian banks, and prime brokers to ensure accurate settlements and timely communications.

You will gain training and support while developing Excel-based analyses, resolving failed trades, and assisting with daily operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process trade settlements, confirmations, and life cycle events for IPC clients.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties, custodian banks, and prime brokers to ensure timely settlements.
• Analyze processed transactions, research failed trades, and resolve intra-system differences.
• Communicate with client and internal teams to resolve issues and support production systems.
