Success Academy is a large, fast‑growing network of public charter schools in New York and expanding to Florida, dedicated to providing a rigorous, whole‑child education to students from low‑income neighborhoods.

Hiring for School Year 2026-27

We are looking for passionate educators to join our K‑12 charter schools as teachers who will prepare students for college and beyond.

A background in education is not required. You will receive extensive training and a proven curriculum to focus on working with students rather than building lesson plans.

We seek candidates with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
• Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
