Success Academy is hiring for the 2026-27 school year in New York City. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and don’t require an education background to start a career in teaching.

We provide tools, training, and world-class coaching to help you thrive in the classroom and beyond. We offer competitive pay ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 USD, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and pathways to leadership within three years.

Responsibilities

• Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
