Job summary

BK Behavior in Ohio is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving their unique goals through evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will join a dedicated clinical team providing one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings; part-time schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. RBT certification is required before working. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
