Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers in the Philadelphia, PA area. No experience is required, and you will receive PAID TRAINING with guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.

As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll join a network of 4,000+ locations and have opportunities for long-term career growth while earning incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
