Tenaris in Baytown, TX is seeking an entry level threading associate to join our Industrial Operations team. This full-time role requires adherence to safety, quality, and process standards while supporting daily production activities at our Baytown facility.

The position involves performing basic tasks, material handling, and equipment movements within a rotating shift pattern. Training and continuous improvement are emphasized to maintain efficiency and workplace discipline.

Responsibilities

• Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk.
• Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations.
• Carry out duties in an efficient manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs.
• Perform activities according to applicable procedures.
• Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy and product traceability.
• Maintain a clean and ordered workplace.
• Performs miscellaneous simple tasks such as pipe handling, bundling, protector placing or varnishing.
• Carriers out material and equipment movements and cleaning or ordering activities.
• Performs forklift or radio control crane operation when applicable.
• Assists in any job.

• Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning.
• Attend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge.
• Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean and ordered workplace.
• Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.
• Abide by Tenaris discipline norms.
