Job summary

GroupeSTAHL in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an entry-level Reclaim Production Technician I. You will prepare and inspect screens, strip and clean used screens, and ensure they meet production standards to support the printing department.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, reliability, and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility for 8–10 hours per shift, including frequent lifting of screens up to 10 lbs. PPE must be used as required.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and reliable with a quick learning pace.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and move throughout the facility for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Frequent lifting of screens weighing 5-10 lbs and carrying/moving screens regularly.
• Comfortable in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Willingness to follow standardized procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clear screens of coating material and inspect for holes, smudges or alignment issues.
• Remove image, clean and prepare screens for reuse.
• Prepare coating material and place on screens for imaging placement.
• Adhere work order image to screen.
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
