Job summary

Price Honda in Dover, DE is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs per repair orders, communicate with the parts department, and document all work completed. You will inspect vehicles, test drives as needed, and attend factory training to stay current with tech bulletins.

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Notify service advisor if additional work is not needed or if repairs will take longer.
• Document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and keep up with factory bulletins.
• Ensure customers' cars are kept clean.
• Keep shop area neat and account for dealership-owned tools.

• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required, or if repairs will need additional time.
• Document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean.
• Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
