Job summary

Epic is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our campus near Madison, Wisconsin. In this role you will diagnose complex software issues, identify practical solutions, and manage implementations across customer locations with coordination from multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose software problems and determine root causes.
• Identify effective solutions and plan implementation.
