As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Together with customer counterparts, you’ll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex issues beyond simple “turn it off and on again” fixes.
