Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
• Willing to have fun and be part of Mitra culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: greet customers warmly and deliver quick, friendly service.
• Food Safety: follow all food safety protocols.
• Food Preparation: assist in prepping and cooking per standards.
• Appearance: maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Teamwork: support teammates to ensure a positive environment.
• Learning and Development: participate in training and apply learnings.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: keep front-of-house and kitchen clean and safe.
